You need to be careful my friend. Sure, there are a lot of women in developing or third world countries that just want to meet a nice guy and get to the US for a better life. But there are also a lot of scammers or worse out there and worse things like AIDS. If I were you I would get to know her better somehow and try having the first meeting here in the US where you are safe.
